Health & Safety Protocol

In the interest of ensuring the health and safety of our community, we ask that all individuals and families participating in any programming offered by spilled milk social club adhere, to the best of their abilities, to our health and safety protocols.  We'll continue to monitor and follow the CDC guidelines when considering any updates to our safety policies, which we take very seriously.

Measures taken during in-person care:

  • Hand washing, cleaning and sanitizing practices will be increased, scheduled and monitored in accordance with CDC recommendations.

  • EPA-approved disinfectants are in use on all high-touch surfaces. Air filters are employed throughout indoor areas.

  • MASK POLICY: Kids will not be required to wear masks inside, but any family may choose to based on their own comfort level and needs. This is subject to change as we move through the school year, at which point, we will inform all members of our community.

Sick individuals and COVID-19 Guidelines

If your child OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD is feeling sick or developing symptoms, we ask that you keep your child home and contact your physician and spilled milk social club as soon as possible. Please use the CDC Quarantine & Isolation Calculator as a guide.

If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and your are up-to-date on your vaccines or have had COVID-19 within the past 90 days, you are not required to stay home, but please monitor for symptoms and isolate and test if symptoms develop.

If you are not up-to-date on vaccinations for COVID-19 and you have been exposed to someone who tested positive, please follow the the recommendations of the CDC for quarantine and isolation.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, please stay home and isolate for at least 5 days. Wear a wear-fitting mask around the members of your household, if possible. Day 1 is the first full day after your symptoms developed or the first full day after your first positive test specimen was collected. You may end isolation after a full 5 days if you are fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication) and your symptoms are improving. If you have not developed symptoms, you may end isolation after a full 5 days and return while continuing to monitor for the development of symptoms and continuing to wear a tight-fitting mask over your nose and mouth.

These guidelines are a direct interpretation of the CDC Quarantine and Isolation Guidelines as of March 30, 2022. They are subject to change and will be updated accordingly. For cases and situations that cannot be easily guided by the protocol and existing agreements, we ask that you seek the consultation of a medical professional.
