On-site care screening procedures

Drop off procedure:

-Are you, your child, or anyone in your family experiencing any of the following symptoms?

  • a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain

  • Headache

  • Sore throat

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • Diarrhea

-Have you, your child, or anyone in your family had known contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19?

-Is your child missing any of the following items?

    • lunch and snacks for all day (all food must be nut-free, and we cannot provide refrigeration, utensils or a microwave, unfortunately)

    • TWO water bottles, full of water

    • a clean mask

    • a small towel (hand towel, dish towel) to be used as a placemat each day at lunch time

-Do your family’s personal choices outside of smsc conflict with our Community Agreements?

If the answer is NO to all of the above questions, turn on your flashers and roll down the car window nearest to where your child(ren) is sitting. We will come to the car and take your child’s temperature. Assuming they do not have a fever, we will escort them inside the building. 

If the answer is YES to any of the above questions, please contact a director at 512.317.6408 or info@spilledmilksocialclub.com as soon as possible so that we can assess whether we feel it is appropriate for your child to participate. 

Pick up procedures:

-Send a text to 512.317.6408 with your ETA so that we have time to get your child ready to go.

-When you arrive, please stay in your car and look for signs/directors in the parking lot. We will instruct you on where to park while we escort your child(ren) to your vehicle.
