Fun Days!

Registration for all 2025-26 Fun Days will open to the public on September 1st, at 9a, while families enrolled in the after-school program will be allowed to sign up at the beginning of the school year. Feel free to sign up for as many Fun Days as you’d like for the entire school year, but make note of cancelation deadlines, noted below. Spring Break enrollment opens on January 15th.

READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU SIGN UP:

  • Hours: 8a to 5p (No extended care offered during Fun Days; please make note that we close at 5p!)

  • COST:

    • If your child is enrolled in our after-school program:

      • $65 per day/child

    • If your child is NOT enrolled in our after-school program:

      • $95 per day/child

    • Late Pay Fees: Fun Day invoices must be paid absolutely no later than the day that care is provided. Any outstanding balances will be charged a $10 per day fee starting the day after care is initially provided.

  • The deadline to cancel any Fun Day is 2-WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DAY. There will be no refunds or cancellations for withdrawals within two weeks of the Fun Day. We need this time to ensure that we have enough staff scheduled and have made sufficient field trip plans for the day. Please honor our policy and DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND IF YOU ARE CANCELING AFTER THE DEADLINE.

  • In most cases, we will not accept any sign-ups within a week of any Fun Day; If we are less than a week out from a day on which you need care, you are welcome to reach out to inquire about any last-minute openings due to cancellations

  • The Fun Day cost covers full day care and field trips most days (there might a day or few in which we stay at our facility and do a special project in lieu of an outing)!

  • Kids are divided into groups by age. Most groups will have between 15 and 30 kids, with 15:1 child-to-staff ratios.

  • Parents provide enough snacks and lunch for their child for the day.

  • We’ll send out an email a week in advance of the Fun Day with a field trip schedule, group assignment, and all other pertinent info for your family to be prepared for the day!

  • All Fun Days are contingent upon enrollment numbers. If not enough families have signed up for any specific Fun Day, we will contact those who have at least two weeks prior to the scheduled Fun Day, so all families will have ample time to make alternate arrangements.

  • For Thanksgiving and Winter Break, you are welcome to sign up for individual days.

  • Spring Break registration is separate from regular Fun Day registration; set your calendar for January 15th, which is when we’ll accept sign ups for Spring Break!

  • Tuition Assistance:

    • Need based: We have a limited amount of need based tuition assistance available.

      • To qualify for a 50% reduction on tuition, you must be able to provide proof of acceptance into free/reduced lunch, SNAP, CHIP or Medicaid.

      • Educator: Public school or child care workers can qualify for a 25% reduction in tuition fees by providing proof of employment at a public K-12 school or a child care center.
