Fun Days!

Registration for all 2026-27 Fun Days will open to the public on Tuesday, September 1st for everyone. Feel free to sign up for as many Fun Days as you’d like for the entire school year, but make note that Spring Break enrollment opens on January 15th.

Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund; 30 - 15 days from the date of care receive a 50% refund; cancellations made 14 - 0 days in advance are NOT eligible for a refund.

READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU SIGN UP:

  • Hours: 8a to 5:30p

  • COST:

    • If your child is enrolled in our after-school program:

      • $70 per day/child

    • If your child is NOT enrolled in our after-school program:

      • $100 per day/child

    • Fun Day invoices are sent upon enrollment and must be paid within 48 hours upon receipt.

  • CANCELLATIONS:

    • Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund;

    • Cancellations 30-15 days from the date of care receive a 50% refund;

    • Cancellations 14-0 days from the date of care will receive no refund;

      • The deadline to cancel any Fun Day is 2-WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DAY. There will be no refunds or cancellations for withdrawals within two weeks of the Fun Day. We need this time to ensure that we have enough staff scheduled and have made sufficient field trip plans for the day. Please honor our policy and DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND IF YOU ARE CANCELING AFTER THE DEADLINE.

  • In most cases, we will not accept any sign-ups within a week of any Fun Day; If we are less than a week out from a day on which you need care, you are welcome to reach out to inquire about any last-minute openings due to cancellations. We will have already scheduled staff and field trips, so we can’t accommodate lots of late sign-ups. Pay attention to your school calendar and sign up early!

    • If a Fun Day occurs on a Monday and you email us the weekend before, we will not see your email until the day of. You can text us that morning to see if we can squeeze you in, but Fun Day mornings are busy and it’s very possible we won’t text you back quickly.

  • The Fun Day cost covers full day care and field trips most days (there might a day or few in which we stay at our facility and do a special project in lieu of an outing)!

  • Kids are divided into groups by age. Most groups will have between 15 and 30 kids, with 15:1 child-to-staff ratios.

  • Parents provide enough snacks and lunch for their child for the day.

  • We’ll send out an email a week in advance of the Fun Day with a field trip schedule, group assignment, and all other pertinent info for your family to be prepared for the day!

  • All Fun Days are contingent upon enrollment numbers. If not enough families have signed up for any specific Fun Day, we will contact those who have at least two weeks prior to the scheduled Fun Day, so all families will have ample time to make alternate arrangements.

  • For Thanksgiving and Winter Break, you are welcome to sign up for individual days.

  • Spring Break registration is separate from regular Fun Day registration; set your calendar for January 15th, which is when we’ll accept sign ups for Spring Break!

  • Tuition Assistance:

    • Need based: We have a limited amount of need based tuition assistance available.

      • To qualify for a 50% reduction on tuition, you must be able to provide proof of acceptance into free/reduced lunch, SNAP, CHIP or Medicaid.

      • Educator: Public school or child care workers can qualify for a 25% reduction in tuition fees by providing proof of employment at a public K-12 school or a child care center.

You may also add any grouping requests, if your child has a friend who will attend, as well. WE WILL EMAIL YOU BACK PROMPTLY AND SEND AN INVOICE FOR ANY CONFIRMED DAYS FOR WHICH YOU’RE ENROLLING.

Reminder, if you are emailing to sign up within one week of any given Fun Day, it is likely that we have already made plans for staffing and field trips. As such, we are not always able to accommodate last minute enrollments. Further, we do not check emails over the weekend, so any sign-ups for a Fun Day that falls on Monday must be done by end of business day on the previous Thursday! Thanks for your understanding!
